NDIS Access Support Packages

Level 1 Support Package (Bronze)

1-1.5 hours Allied Health Assessment
2-3 hours for Report Writing

Level 2 Support Package (Silver)

2 x 1-1.5 hours Allied Health Assessment
2 x 2-3 hours for Report Writing
Up to 3 hours of Support
Coordination Assistance

Level 3 Support Package (Gold)

1-1.5 hours Allied Health Assessment
