Reconciliation Action Plan

Neta Care’s Approach to Reconciliation

At Neta Care, we see a need for reconciliation. We endeavour to actively and continually improve our own understandings and relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.

We acknowledge this Country and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples should be respected and it is our responsibility to do so, restoring respect and right relationships where they have not been honoured in the past.

Each of our staff is required to complete mandatory cultural competence training during the course of their work. This is our first intentional step of many to ensure that we include our Neta Care community in this journey.

As a young start-up, we are beginning to write our Reconciliation Action Plan and reaching out for partners in our local Indigenous community, enabling us to plan our next steps in an informed manner. When our Reconciliation Action Plan is created, it will be publicly available on this page.

Thank you for joining us on our journey towards reconciliation.
