We believe every child deserves to feel connected to family. Our supervised contact service provides a safe, supportive environment for visits, with trained Youth Workers facilitating transportation and supervision.
Our supervised family contact service is tailored to the unique needs of each child and family. Our Youth Workers determine the most appropriate location and offer support throughout the visit. We generate a thorough report for Child Protection Services, keeping everyone informed of any concerns or issues that may arise.
At Neta Care, we provide a reliable and safe transportation service to help make life a little easier for families in need.
Our fleet of modern company cars is at your disposal, ensuring that children are transported between their care locations or to their next destination in comfort and safety.
Our caring and experienced drivers are trained to provide the highest level of service, ensuring that children feel comfortable and at ease during their journey.
At Neta Care, we understand that caring for a child with special needs or disabilities can be a demanding and challenging job. That’s why we offer a day respite service that provides carers with a much-needed break, while ensuring that their child is safe, happy and engaged.
Our day respite service is designed to provide children with a fun and fulfilling experience out in the community. Our experienced and qualified staff are on hand to supervise activities and provide support as needed, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met.
Certification in Youth Work, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Training, and/or Community Support Services, First Aid & CPR.
We have a consistent schedule of staff who are readily available.
