At Neta Care, we believe that every child deserves to feel connected to their family, no matter what challenges they may face. Our supervised family contact service is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for children to spend time with their loved ones, with our fully trained and experienced Youth Workers on hand to facilitate transportation and supervision.
We understand that family relationships can be complex, and that’s why we take great care to ensure that our supervised family contact service is tailored to the unique needs of each child and family. Our Youth Workers work closely with carers to determine the most appropriate location for the supervised visit, and are always available to offer support and guidance throughout the visit.
We take our responsibility to protect children very seriously, and our Youth Workers generate a thorough report for Child Protection Services after each visit. This report helps to ensure that all parties involved in the child’s care are kept informed of any concerns or issues that may arise during the visit.
